Lady GaGa arrived at the CFDA Fashion Awards in a very sexy black custom Mugler corset gown with flowing lace train and towering shoes.

Lady GaGa required the held of her friends to balance on the towering shoes as she exited her car.

She also required the help of her stylist to drape the train into a perfect look for the awaiting fashion photographers.

The night was not without incident as Lady GaGa encounter a nipple slip while posing for the photographers.
