Lady GaGa encountered a nipple slip or two as she poses for photographers at the CFDA Fashion Awards in New York City.

Bending forward to strike a pose, Lady GaGa cleavage managed to pop out of her studded black corset top in a classical wardrobe malfunction.

As she raised her hand and her hot, red nails to the sky, she provided some additional lift to her amazing cleavage.

Lady GaGa also encounter some Humpty Dumpty moments as she balanced on a pair of super high heel shoes.

She had to be supported by two bodyguards as she emerged from her car.
