Not only can Cyrus move her feet but she can also mesmerize an audience by flinging her hair.

At the Rock in Rio Madrid music festival, Miley Cyrus displayed some hot hair moves as she flung her hair in the air to the musical beat.

Before an audience of over 26,000, mostly women and young girls, Cyrus used dance moves and hair twirling as she performed her new song she Cann't be Tamed, in addition to The Climb and When I Look at You which is part of the soundtrack from her latest film The Last Song.
